Qi-Yoga with Rob Pieniak
Monday 7:30pm-8:30 and Wed. 11:30am-12:30
Qi-Yoga -- Evolution in body, mind and spirit!!! This is a time of fusion, of a realization towards awakening consciousness...Oneness! These are tools for maintaining balance and harmony in our awakening or waking dream in the midst of a seemingly chaotic world...Breath, movement, meditation, realization and actualization!! You can make the change you want to see in this world! Live it, be it, love it!
Two ancient practices merge as one...Yoga and QiGong- Qi-Yoga.
Qigong or chi kung) (pronounced "chee-gong") is a practice of aligning breath, movement, and awareness for exercise, healing, and meditation. With roots in Chinese medicine, martial arts, and philosophy, qigong is traditionally viewed as a practice to balance qi (chi) or what has been translated as "intrinsic life energy." Qigong practice involves rhythmic breathing, coordinated with slow stylized repetition of fluid movement, and a calm mindful state. Qigong is now practiced throughout China and worldwide, and is considered by some to be exercise, and by others to be a type of alternative medicine or meditative practice. From a philosophical perspective qigong is believed to help develop human potential, allow access to higher realms of awareness, and awaken ones "true nature".
Yoga (Sanskrit, Pali: yoga) is a physical, mental, and spiritual discipline originating in ancient India. The goal of yoga, or of the person practicing yoga, is the attainment of a state of perfect spiritual insight and tranquility while meditating on the Supersoul. Yoga literally translates to "Union" or to "Unify." We have brought these two ancient practices together as one. Feel your inner awakening, strength building, and awareness growing! Experience your highest potential! Classes now available!
Qi-Yoga is the next evolution in body, mind and spirit.

Amrit Method Yoga Nidra with Roger Rugletic
Mondays, 9am-10am
What is Yoga Nidra? A technique that effortlessly creates a state of profound physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. How does it work? It works through a sequential series of simple induction. The root causes of stress can be dissolved and resolved through the use of "self-directed intention." This simple practice is done lying on a padded mat. The most difficult aspect of this practice is not to fall asleep! What will it do for me? These dynamic techniques will enable you spontaneously and effortlessly, to shape and create the quality of life changes you have always wanted to make. The literal translation is Yoga meaning union and Nidra meaning sleep. However, you don't go to sleep but stay in a deep state of relaxtion. Cost: $10-$15 sliding scale

 Class rates (unless otherwise noted):
Single class:  $12
5 Class Pack:  $50
